We fell in love with one of those homes and she made sure we put in a competitive offer (including getting all the inspections done ahead of time). The home was a bit beyond our budget but she was able to connect us with a loan agent (as amazing as Peg & Jeremy) who gave us the lowest rates we were able to find. Once we submitted our offer, Peg and Jeremy made sure to communicate with us during the whole time with any updates and also helped us answer our questions. We felt that they were extremely intuitive about us and our personalities as well which is a rare thing.
